Assel Maratkyzy Kogabayeva was born on 19 November 1986. Nationality: Kazakh. In 2008, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Kazakh National University. In 2010, at the same institution, I earned a Master’s degree in the same field. My professional career began in 2008 as a Chief Specialist at the Almaly District Department of the Employment and Social Programs Administration of Almaty. In 2009, I transferred to the Almaty City Department of Culture as a Chief Specialist, where I worked until 2015. From November 2015 to 2023, I served as a Junior Research Fellow at the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I taught at S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University and the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. Married, mother of four children.
